Bug Fixing and add the background location permission for attendance purpose. Our app requires background location access solely for one critical purpose:
When the app is in the background then, automatically clock-out the employee if they leave the admin-defined work geofence for more than 5 minutes.
Why this cannot work with only foreground location or significant location change:
	•	When the employee minimizes or locks the phone (normal behavior during work), the app must continue receiving precise location updates via region monitoring (geofencing) to detect when they exit the designated work zone.
