I tried to place an order using the "Buy Now, Pay Later" option, but the app keeps showing an error stating that the order cannot be completed and asks me to try other payment methods. 
The app doesn't seem to function as expected. Furthermore, there is no live customer service (like WhatsApp) to provide immediate help. 
Very disappointing experience.
