I was charged for the subscription, but the service was not properly activated. Instead of resolving the issue quickly or offering a refund, support keeps saying the matter has been escalated and asking me to wait. It has already been weeks with no clear resolution. They are unwilling to process a refund even though the subscription is not working as expected. Poor customer support and no accountability. I strongly advise not to connect your payment account unless you are absolutely sure, as you may end up being charged without receiving the service.
