## What is TamCare?

TamCare hỗ trợ người cao tuổi và người chăm sóc theo dõi sinh hoạt hàng ngày:

• Nhắc uống thuốc và lịch tái khám
• Ghi nhận chỉ số sức khỏe (huyết áp, đường huyết, cân nặng…)
• Biểu đồ theo dõi xu hướng theo thời gian
• Lưu hồ sơ khám bệnh do người dùng nhập
• Gợi ý thực đơn và trợ lý AI mang tính tham khảo

LƯU Ý QUAN TRỌNG:
TamCare là ứng dụng hỗ trợ theo dõi và nhắc nhở sinh hoạt. Nội dung AI chỉ mang 
tính tham khảo, KHÔNG phải chẩn đoán, điều trị hay thay thế tư vấn y khoa. 
Mọi quyết định sức khỏe quan trọng cần được thực hiện với sự hướng dẫn của bác sĩ.
