You can adjust the time by swiping up and down, or double-tap-swiping up and down for minutes, or by (long-)pressing the +- buttons, or by using the digital crown on your watch.

Works well, gets your attention, but will only count down from 60 second - max. This limitation isn't clear from the product page. Unfortunately there isn't a trial version one can use to discover this limitation. Suggestion for future versions / more stars - have seconds, minutes, and hours modes.

Really helpful and straighforward app that does what it says. It's nice that a basic utility like this is one purchase that works across every Apple device. One feature request: ability to adjust the volume of the audio feedback, especially on Mac where one is frequently also listening to music or watching videos.
