this app keeps logging me out and not letting me log back in. saying that my details aren’t correct even though i’ve never changed my password and not even sending me an email to reset! needs sorting

App keeps crashing and kicking me out. Try to log back in and it says wrong details, even though it’s right. 
In general this app is one of the worse things ever

I’m very disappointed of this app. Check in/out or Personal sales are not always working properly- you have to check a few times and a few days after you add, as you can loose your information and not be payed. This app made me look very irresponsible at my work! They think that I’m not able to use an app... what a joke..

Idée top, mais trop de bugs comme lorsque que l’on descends dans les jours rubriques « mes horaires » et que ça revient constamment au jour même sans que l’on n’ait rien demandé..

Not easy to use slow takes ages to swop from planner to employee changing dates on sales it always flips back to the wrong date

As an employee, I find the app terrible. There’s no push notifications when management updates shifts, no way to track changes to the published rotas, no way to “lock” a week once it’s been published so my authorisation is required to change shifts. It’s 100% managerial fiat with no accountability or tracking. 

For usability within the app itself, there are no scroll bars to indicate if something is “bellow the fold” meaning that information is missed.  Terrible. 

Also, it only pushes to iCal, not google calendar.

The app itself is fine, but logging is long.

Face ID has stopped working on the app for me. Every time I go to settings to try turn it on, nothing pops up to confirm it. In the settings of my phone, the app doesn’t show up in the list of apps that have access to my Face ID either. So, I have to manually put in my email and password (my email doesn’t even show up in auto suggestions for it).

After I’ve logged in, a pop up appears asking me to confirm if I want to receive notifications or not from the app, which is very annoying.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but it’s still the same. Please, can you fix these 2 problems as it really is quite a nuisance  every time I need to use the app.
