## What is Tamil Izhai?

Tamil Izhai is a new Phonemic keyboard for Tamil designed based on frequency analysis of the Tamil Characters. The keyboard is designed to enable intuitive, faster input so as to optimize the hand movements for Tamil input. You can type natively in Tamil without transliterating your thoughts to English.

Tamil Izhai has been customised for 3 Tamil variants India (IN), Srilanka (LK) and Malaysia (MY) to suggest current and next word predictions. Stay tuned for cool new features in our next App update.
