Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. While I was speaking on a call, the representative abruptly cut the call without any proper response. Even on chat, the conversation was not handled properly — they kept disconnecting and switching to different agents, which made the whole experience very frustrating. When I raised concerns about the high charges and requested for a better or reduced pricing option, the response was very rude and careless. They simply said this is the final price and showed no interest in helping or retaining a customer. I even mentioned that other apps are offering similar services at a lower cost, and that I might consider switching. Surprisingly, they didn’t even try to convince or assist — they just said “okay,” which clearly shows a lack of customer care and business sense. Honestly, I’m not sure if they are serious about their service or customer satisfaction.
