Atleast some people will escape from this fake words gangs. Till payment they'll come behind us, post payment they won't do any proper service, even customer services people put hold on calls by not accepting it, they'll tell 1000 of matches available for u but after activation you'll never find even 100 Such a fraud service, don't buy any membership. No customer care support, nothing. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-10-24* Entire business is a scam. I am using this app several years. Unless you pay you won’t get anything. They will hide all profile photos from you until you pay. Probably show you some bad stuff for until the plan expires. Then before expiry they will open up 1 or 2 good ones and make you feel like actually you are getting better profile and you will pay again. It is endless mental illness. I didn’t had a single reply from my matched profile..I keep on receiving calls from customer care service to update my profile.. even though I updated they are calling me 10+ times in a day.. and I got some fraud calls also for payments.. But your advertisement/promotion is very awesome so only you are getting so many profiles and getting so much of money.. Please don’t put fake commitments like you will be married soon or you will be getting good partner soon and so and so.. Using poor people money and emotions to make your company in a good position is a very very bad uncle.. Features were not explained, customer care misguided me, and even accidental clicks/messages were treated as usage just to deny refund. No useful ### 1/5 — In this they are running scam I have customers care call record proof *2025-08-13* I paid and I got some fake profile in this app. I connect with customer (company)care support regarding this. They asked me to share the screenshots. I shared with them then they blocked few of the fake Id whichever I reported. I asked I paid money here right all are fake why you not giving the money back or need to extended the service to me for the money I paid. But they are not interested to extend it. Everyday I am getting call to pay money here. But I never got call regarding the scam. This is number 1 scam Matrimony money without caring the public. I suggest before you pay ensure with the team. If possible take a written statement that if any fake ID found need to extend the service. I told fake profile are here. They are telling some good profiles also here sir you can use that. I asked so you know fake profile also there here along with the real profile. I asked how can I identify the good profile. They said I have to communicate. To communicate I have to pay money, if it’s fake also you are not ready to compensate the time. Then there is no concern about the people who all are trusting this app. They don’t have any answers. I asked track the fake ids whichever I shared to them. But they are telling we don’t have any information about this. If you want to find the real partner you have to be very careful either profile as well as the Matrimony site. But allowing lot of people to register free without any proper proofs. We could use bumble tinder or any other social platform for such cases. I have been a prime member paying more than 50k so far and receiving such a service is worst. Even after sending requests to update those details, there was no response or action. Customer care should not only focus on forcing users to pay for subscriptions. They should also ensure that profiles contain proper basic details like star, zodiac sign, and other important marriage-related information. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude. While I was speaking on a call, the representative abruptly cut the call without any proper response. Even on chat, the conversation was not handled properly — they kept disconnecting and switching to different agents, which made the whole experience very frustrating. When I raised concerns about the high charges and requested for a better or reduced pricing option, the response was very rude and careless. They simply said this is the final price and showed no interest in helping or retaining a customer. I even mentioned that other apps are offering similar services at a lower cost, and that I might consider switching. Surprisingly, they didn’t even try to convince or assist — they just said “okay,” which clearly shows a lack of customer care and business sense. Honestly, I’m not sure if they are serious about their service or customer satisfaction. Once you do payment they will not response to you. Once your plan expires then again they will suggest new plan. And this scam will continue for a while.
