Why, are you coming from another city?… It only 2 kilometer away from me!! The next one is 3.5 kilometer !! This happens every time!! You need to update the app to fix this issue. Unavailable items should be shown as “out of stock” like every other online shopping app it’s not that difficult. ### 1/5 — Poor app for a good supermarket *2025-03-07, version 4.5.15* I like tamimi products and prices but the app is not to the standard. Often it freezes at the opening screen and you cant do shopping for a day. The categories are limited and not fit for purpose. The product information ingredients and key information missing from all products and the images are so poor quality you can’t read it on the packaging, when the app stops and you login to webpage your basket clears, there is no option to favourite an item, delivery times are the worst amongst the similar supermaket apps (same day delivery is rare), no option to do applr pay in the app… But again - the supermarket and the products are really good. And in terms of stock information for online orders, i find tamimi better than the others. ### 1/5 — Stocks not available in store at Sharbatly Village Branch *2024-11-26, version 4.5.11* Many i am placing an orders, i do not understand why there is no available in store but on stock in the apps. Difficult for the delivery guy and consumer when items are not available. Check many time what is another item can be replaced and sometimes the same issue when we replaced the items, also not available, so we decided to order in Hunger station and is easy doesnt takes for an hour, in your store it takes for more than 1-2 hours coz only one guy delivery is not easy and they mostly need to walk to the whole Compound to send orders, is really difficult specially during hot summer.
