## What is Tamoji?

Procrastination isn't laziness. It's a little monster. Tame it one tiny step at a time.

Tamoji is a gentle focus timer and task planner for anyone who freezes in front of a to-do list. Instead of forcing yourself, you care for a small creature that grows calmer and trusts you more with every step you finish.

HOW IT WORKS

• Daily check-in
One quick question tells you what's really in the way today: perfectionism, overwhelm, boredom or exhaustion. Each has its own strategy.

• Break it down
Turn any big task into small steps of 5, 15, 25 or 45 minutes. Just one step at a time.

• Focus sessions
Start the timer and stay on track from your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Take a short breathing pause between steps.

• Earn trust
Every finished step builds trust. Watch your monster go from Wild to Wary, Curious, Trusting and finally Bonded.

• Keep your streak
Daily streaks, a short reflection after each session and gentle reminders help small wins turn into a habit.

TAMOJI PRO

• Meet all four monsters, each with its own trust and strategy
• Full history: streak heatmap, achievements and all time stats
• See your procrastination patterns
• Monster Journal with deeper reflection questions
