The only issue is the text reminders do not adjust for holidays. I know the policies but others depend on the app to tell them what happens on holiday service. They take out their trash because they were reminded to and I have to look at their cans for days because they leave them there. ### 3/5 — Great… when it works. *2026-01-19, version 2023.6.3* Great when it works. Also, it lists my next pick up date as January 2, 2026. So it has skipped every pick up date in December 2025.
