Navigation and onboarding doesn’t seem thought out ### 2/5 — Good but buggy *2026-05-09, version 1.7.11* In general, love the app and the way it works but it is very very buggy - and things that used to work, don’t anymore. I cannot unlock repeating splits, it mixes pending and non-pending charges for the same items (and you may need to unsplit pending auto splits). CC Credits used to show, but not any more. not easy to trace a charge back to an account, the labels applied to charges are sometimes changed / erroneously wrong. Wish there was a mode that listed it exactly matching the CC. Makes me want to look for a different option. ### 2/5 — Need Support Staff *2025-08-07, version 1.7.10* This app has been great for myself and my fiance over the last few years living together. Lately though, we’ve noticed repeating split transactions that we’ve set up not actually repeating, and we’ve been unable to modify them after the fact for future terms, just turn them on and off. Additionally, I was recently randomly signed out of my account and when I requested a password reset, no email with a link was sent. After this failing multiple times, I attempted to contact support via the chat feature, also with no response. I finally decided to create a new email account, and reconnect with my fiance. We still aren’t seeing our transactions together and the app appears to not be supported. We’ve loved this app’s features so much these last years, but the lack of support is crippling! ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-08-05, version 1.7.10* This app is great in theory, but it doesn’t function at all. My partner and I both have issues logging in, making the accounts, and joining accounts. Their automated response help tool doesn’t respond. Will be charging back the subscription fees. ### 3/5 — Great but needs some more features *2025-06-02, version 1.7.10* This app would be perfect if it had a way to plan future bills like be able to customize the date under Manual entry for example I want to add my electric bill so when it comes I would like to be able to go into manual entry and type in the amount and set the day that it’s do so my partner can have a heads up on upcoming bills instead of me having to pay with my card and then wait for him to pay me back when he can plan to get the money to me before the bill is due. ### 1/5 — No customer service *2025-05-21, version 1.7.10* This app was great for a while for my boyfriend and I to split expenses. But then I started having issues with my connected bank accounts where they’re duplicated and I can’t delete them. Every time I try I get an error. It’s now been over a month and I’ve sent multiple messages to their support team through the app and have yet to receive any response. I’m so disappointed. At least let your downloaders get a chance to use it a lil because it’s common sense that a 7 day trial wont work for a relationship thats ACTUALLY trying to build something. If the app changes this issue, Id have no problem using it but mentally who wants a app that only throw’s subscriptions at you when you first download it. They both showed we needed to complete registration on both ends, which was already done. Reached out to support 4 times and no response. We even paid for the subscription. My only feature request would be to add a manual expense button in the transactions tab. I use a card that isn’t supported by Plaid and the manual expense is kind of hidden in the split expense on the home screen. ### 5/5 — Game changer *2024-10-12, version 1.6.17* This app is a game changer for couples managing finances. We switched from Honeydue and this app is a breath of fresh air in comparison - it just works. One huge piece of feedback - we currently have to do some magical things when we settle up. Since there's a pretty large balance in the app, sometimes we'd like to settle up only a certain amount (i.e. $100) rather than the full balance. We currently have to do this by going through all of the charges and manually choosing a combination that results in approximately the desired amount.
