It consistently says unable to reach servers. This issue has been ongoing for about 2 months on and off, and i’ve had to log in via a computer to get anything done, Not very useful. ### 2/5 — All accounts *2025-11-03, version 22.1.8* I want access to ALL MY ACCOUNTS WHEN I LOG IN. THIS IS AVAILABLE FROM EVERY OTHER BANK!!!! ### 2/5 — App malfunctions ALOT *2022-12-05, version 22.0.1* Sorry but compared to other banking institutions your app is horrible. It always says “system error” when trying to deposit cheques, it rarely seems to allow e-transfers to work, and the app fails to log in at times. Im so done and frequently frustrated… its not worth the time and effort. Look at the reviews, customers are not happy. Please bring the app up to modern day working standards, or risk losing clients. ### 2/5 — Sloooooooow delay on the start *2022-06-30, version 22.0.1* There is an issue with launching this app. There are three very long (10 second) pauses at login. One at initial login. One at Biometric login. Another at password login. These pauses are so long that the user thinks the initial tap initiate login has not registered. Quite frankly, it is very frustrating. Listing all the accounts in a small typed format makes choosing your regular account repetitive. CHEQUING accounts are usually what users are looking for. User searches for the right account EVERY TIME! Then there’s the change with the decimal point. Previously, the decimal point was automatically placed when entering dollar values. This function is no longer active. You trained users to expect an automatic placement of the decimal point. Now the user has to remember to place a decimal point in dollar values. So where $49.32 was automatic, it now goes thru as $4932.00! The delayed login issue has been reported to customer service numerous times, to no avail. I have the same payments coming out every week and I’d hate to forget to make one... set it and forget it worked just fine. I have never had a problem with it that was not my fault since I started using it. And the support I have received when I messed things up from the Tandia team has been first rate. I cannot recommend the credit union and the application more strongly. ### 5/5 — Two Step Authentication *2023-01-09, version 22.0.1* Almost all other institutions that use two step authentication do so intermittently from your home computer and other trusted computer stations. Tandia’s website requires two step authentication EVERY time you log in. Most other financial institutions that require two step authentication have an option “trust this computer” I am becoming tired of Tandia making changes from the office that adversely effect my ability to have convenient banking locations and do quick , accurate and safe transactions. In a recent “change” Tandia has closed several branches and the new locations are NOT convenient to my home location. I am a customer of HTCU and Tandia for 50 years. I have never had an issue prior to this.
