REAL COACHING BETWEEN SESSIONS
Your trainer reviews your entries in real time, corrects nutrition values, and leaves per-meal coaching notes delivered straight to your phone. No screenshots. No WhatsApp back-and-forth.

FOR TRAINERS
See your entire client list update live. Tap any client to review their meal feed, adjust macros, and publish coaching notes — all without leaving the app.
