Somehow I got signed out. It takes entirely too long to get an email to reset the password ! Ridiculous! Also, I got and paid for my Tanger membership Many years ago. Avoid! *2025-05-11, version 90029* Canceled membership yet repeatedly trying to charge my card, even the expired one. I had no idea they had been charging me monthly for almost 2 years. I downgraded to the free account, and still charges. I canceled, still more charges. Literally moments after they sent ANOTHER confirmation of my cancellation I get another notification from my credit union that they denied another charge from these rip off artists. It tells you that your password is wrong, even though it was saved in the app. You can’t reset your password because you NEVER get the reset link. Uploading receipts to track points often takes multiple attempts. Spent over $200 in July, uploaded my receipt and just noticed last week it never processed. Now I no longer have the original receipt & when I tried using my credit card statement it says it’s past the 30 day window. No customer service reps on location any more to try to get actual help, either. Not an improvement, Tanger 🙄 ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2024-09-29, version 90008* Ever since they remove the physical coupons, the Tanger membership went downhill. Uploading the tickets is a challenge, they keep getting rejected, although it’s on the same day of purchase or participating stores. Getting back from customer service is a waste of time, I’ve wrote tons of emails/contact us and nothing, no reply. The app doesn’t work, today I went to the outlet and didn’t work, I texted to a number they had at the outlet, they told me that the app was down and it would take around 2-3 hrs to work and to ask the stores for the discounts, it never worked while I was at the outlet, the stores did not apply any discount since they need the code that the app displays, so I’ve paid for a membership that I could not use. Which means, I cannot access the coupons for the store at the actual outlet location I want. This feature fails even though the pictures of my receipts are very clear and readable, as I scanned them and save in the correct file format and save it as a jpeg. The file size is way under the 4MB and still when it tries to upload it says it cannot upload. They have lots of variety to choose from, lots of areas to sit with shade and relax after a long day, also a section for your kids to play, many restaurants to eat and always kept clean. I Joined Tanger Outlets members club and it’s definitely worth it saves us time and money, I can stretch my buying power more further.
