Why do they force people to transfer to pay off their credit card balance? If EQ Bank or any other online bank ever offers Credit Cards or Credit Lines, I’m switching. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-01, version 4.63.4* Bigoted representatives lock my account when I call because I’m trans, my credit card is glitched and nobody can help me, cannot accept e-transfers, cannot pay my balance. Actively harmful to client wellbeing and financial health. Now? It is extremely buggy and random things don’t load and sometimes logging in isn’t even possible. Frequent “oops! Something isn’t quite right! We’re having trouble loading this screen. Please try again!” error messages. As if being all cutesy “tee-hee-hee, OOPS! We made a boo-boo!” somehow makes it all okay. But it is NOT okay if I cannot access my banking services, and your error message is insulting and infuriating. Wouldn’t you feel better producing an app that actually worked well and that you could proudly stand behind? Recently i had an atm steal $1700 from me and have been trying for over a month to get it back. Each time i call tangerine im told the same thing, "an investigation is in process, you should hear an answer in 1-2 weeks." Let that time pass, hear nothing, call back, am told the same thing again. Super frustrating and i am strongly considering changing banks even if i do get my money back soon. I called support and they said I need to delete the payment and add a new one. If that’s the case, the “Edit Payment” button should be removed, as it’s worse than useless: it’s confusing and asks you to call the support number and wait 30 minutes to talk to someone to tell you it can’t be fixed. Why are you so thirsty for money? Told me over the phone to etransfer to someone else in order to withdraw it. I had to pay ICBC over 3 days because of the withdrawal and debit limits. Also uses fake reviews so they don’t look bad.
