If you have any questions about our new features, please don't hesitate to contact support@tanggapp.com! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Phenomenal Service *2026-05-12, version 5.1.0* Be careful using Tanggapp. I sent money to my family in the Philippines and the funds were withdrawn from my account, but the transfer has been stuck in pending for over 2 weeks. No response from customer service and their phone number doesn’t work. Currently disputing this with my bank. ### 1/5 — Great Service! *2026-03-30, version 5.1.0* If you're looking for hassle and problems with your transaction, then this is the service to use. My transaction has been pending for days with no clear update or resolution. Very frustrating experience and disappointing customer support. I would not recommend using this app unless you're preparedto deal with delays and poor communication. ### 1/5 — Can’t even link bank account *2025-12-23, version 5.1.0* I have about 15 emails from Tanggapp and my bank saying I have linked my bank account to Tanggapp, but the app doesn’t direct me past the step of linking my bank account and I can’t even send the $1 test amount. I even tried waiting 24 hrs, 3 weeks to see if it just needed time to fix itself. Nope - no changes, same problem. Oh and the cherry on top? The page to send a request for help to their support form in the app is a broken link. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-08-14, version 5.0.0* I tried 2 transactions of $500 at promotion rate of P60 and P58. The first one have double fees that amounted to $5 and $10 (P600) and the second had $5 and $10 (P580). In the end the effective exchange rate of the first is P29,400/505 = 58.217 and the second P28,420/505 = 56.28. You get better and more straightforward pricing with other companies. The fees are excessive and deceptive. It took a few days to received the money while other apps can send that small amount within seconds. ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS *2025-07-19, version 5.0.0* DONT USE THIS APP! AFTER I SEND MONEY AFTER A DAY I CANT LOG IN! AND THEY SAID FIRST TRASANCTION $1 IS 60PHPH BUT AFTER YOU SEND THEY GONNA CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICE CHARGE! LIKE $2.50 I DONT KNOW IF DEPENDS HOW MUCH YOU SENT. DONT TRUST THIS APP ITS NOT SAFE! ### 1/5 — Glitchy and slow *2025-05-30, version 4.9.0* The app is glitchy and slow. It takes a while to load. I also encountered a $10 banking fee when sending $500 for the first time. I canceled it then tried again.
