As someone working in mental health I saw the value in it being supportive of busy humans trying to check in with themselves. Like a space they could carve out a little self care and reflection. It has been illuminating to see where the intention starts and where the day ultimately takes me. I have also enjoyed watching the little intentions stack up to be real impact. The community in this space is completely supportive and encouraging. It’s really gratifying to be in community - especially during times when things can feel so fractured.
