The app won’t even load anymore.  I’ve been trying for 3 days to play and it won’t even load.

I paid to remove ads. I’m still getting ads and their website is ‘under construction’ for months now. 
Shady characters. Zero integrity or accountability.
They’re literally hiding while still running the app and taking people’s money.

Buy no adds and they become impossible to win without using help. Hard to untie knots when both ends of all the ropes are anchored.

I don't like background noise, so I turn off all music, haptics and vibration. But this game keeps starting the music again after every ad. I go into settings and it shows music is off. So I turn it on again and back off and then there's silence. I refuse to keep having to do that they every cycle, so the game is gone. I like your game because it doesn't have gimmicks like scissors or bombs to break the cords. It's basic. Hope I find another one.

I love playing this game. But the reason I gave you a three star was because you’re playing and you have to go watch an ad and the ad just keeps jumping over into the App Store to download the ad that you’re watching. It’s just back-and-forth. It never goes back into the game so you have to close out and start all over again.
There’s nowhere to report an issue. 
Sad to say I’m leaving the game. 
Get the glitches out of the game.

I like this game and I play it often.   I went to play today and it opens and shut immediately.    I opened up through the App Store in case I needed to do an upgrade, but that wasn’t the situation.

So I quickly the option to go to support to write up a report and it won’t go.   My software warned me that the app wasn’t secure and it gave an option to go to the website anyway, but then it wouldn’t go. So…. Something isn’t right.
