Update version changes:

Updated the Activities page to display the service name as the booking display name instead of the service category.

Added the kids fee to the service visualizer.

Changed the address displayed in the activity details into a clickable button that opens the address in Google Maps or Apple Maps depending on the app version.

Updated the subtotal display for professionals so they can now see the full amount first, then the commission deducted, and finally the real amount they receive. Previously, this was displayed the opposite way.
