Supported her everyday. Of every Month. until recently we had an argument because apparently I need permission to say the word “BLUE” because she was eaten, and I had already asked her a question, but she ignored it. So I said “BLUE” well she lost the head and snapped. Females on here are soo fake that you’d need a years worth of rehab to workout they’re not here for friends. But money! Thank you! ### 4/5 — Tango Games Crashing *2024-08-08* Greetings Tango Love the app in general. But while playing the game “Dragon’s Crash”, it literally crashed 8 times. It crashed a total of 8 times in a 15 minute timeframe, resulting in the lost of a total of 45,000 coins. This is not good because even with me having over 100,000 coins I can’t cash them in for real money but i have to spend real money to buy the coins, just to have the Tango Games crash and I lose out without. When the games crash all placed bets are lost. It’s literally not even in my settings, but then when I log back into my old account it’s there. Can someone please explain to me how this problem even occurs and how to fix it????? Also PLEASE give us more notification options. There is no way to turn off notifications sent to you by the actual tango accounts, they send promotional notifications for coins and stuff like that but I don’t want these types of notifications, please change that. Also please give us the option to have sound automatically on when we enter a live broadcast. It’s very annoying having to turn the sound on every time I enter a live or turn it back on when another user joins the live I’m watching. Also please update you guys’ desktop version of the app. Sometimes I have no choice but to use tango on safari but for the past few days it’s been constantly freezing and lagging on any live I watch. Some of the best features you can find here on Tango. I rated Tango a four (4) because I would like to see Tango add more features, such as family challenges. In order words, the top ten (10) families on the leaderboard at the end of the month will win diamonds reward. That reward will vary depending on your place in the top ten. That reward will also go to the leader of the family who will distribute the diamonds reward fairly to those in his or her family. I believe that’s a good idea. However, I love Tango! [This some how happened in the last year or so For one the more you spend or I should say status you reach the harder it becomes to buy smaller packages]. Example in the beginning they allow you to buy $5 $10 $20 if you become a person who spends and makes vip the diamond package start to cost more and more example some people can only buy 100$ or more at a time my account since I haven’t used it much can only buy 30$ and up you will notice some people make a couple accounts due to this reason. The app support is the worst. They Only reply if you’re are spending over $2500 a month but when you’re vip it says typically few hours for responses they have repeatedly closed my convos with out them talking or giving feed back to my questions. Save your money. *2024-02-29* Lot of scammers looking to take your money and block you afterwards. Nothing customer service does after. So they’re possible aware and doing nothing, so enablers. Waster money and lost friends I might never get to reconnect with. They recently got rid of the ability to login through Facebook, and if you previously had an account linked to only that you are now locked out of it and customer support absolutely will not answer you. The support area in the app barely works and after 3 messages to them and over a weeks time still no response from an actual person to help. Update: after developer replied i emailed the address they told me about and after days of waiting still have not gotten any sort of reply. Stand by my review of worst customer support. In my case I attempted to purchase coins with a credit card and it was flagged and blocked by my credit card company. Immediately at the same time I received a notice inside the app that my account was suspended. Unfortunately I didn’t see this until after I had authorized the charge with my credit card company and completed the coins purchase. So now I have purchased coins in my account that can’t be used. I tried to reach out to Tango and they were unresponsive after multiple attempts. I’ll quote from their FAQ on account suspension “if customer support is unavailable, then your account is likely permanently blocked. In this case you may usually create a new account by uninstalling the app.” Notice how there is zero mention of recouping your funds that may be locked up, so they are literally attempting to steal from you. Of course i am going to work with my CC company and initiate a chargeback but I would be very careful with this company if I were you. **Developer response:** Hi Jim_777! I’ve noticed that this app has majority Hispanic women or women from other countries besides the United States. As a black girl, I’ve noticed some racism. I will do less than what A LOT of these girls on are doing and end up banned for 5-10 minutes. These girls show a lot of explicit material, and I’ve even seen something illegal be promoted while on here. I’ve gotten kicked off lives for doing less and I’ve gotten my account SUSPENDED as well. Customer service is nonexistent on here as I’ve had two separate chats I started and never got a response. I’ve made money on there and wasn’t able to transfer it before getting suspended. They also don’t have a option for United States streamers to transfer to a Visa card, because there’s no “United States” option when you go to enter your country. Be warned: Tango can change their terms whenever they want and will keep your money without any accountability. Their communication is abysmal, and their customer service is beyond terrible. Tango protects its broadcasters no matter what their actions are. I.e.. Everyone knows your Tango turns blind high to what goes on in these private rooms.
