In case of issue, you won’t be able to complain or take them further to legal since you have granted your own access with you own permission. Do not use it Use proper bank or apps where you can pay by card. I have received multiple calls and multiple emails to upload documents which i have done every time. But somehow, they miss something every time and ask for something else after 3r hours. So my money’s stuck for 5 days already and still they won’t put any effort to send and ask for other documents. Now that i want refund they are asking why and telling me it will take 5-7 days. Also, there is no notification that the processing is cancelled.
