## What is Tangram Shapes?

Tangram Shapes is a puzzle book for the seven-piece tangram you already own.

  Pick a silhouette, then rebuild it with your own set — the wooden, plastic or
  paper one sitting on the table. There is nothing to drag around on screen. The
  app holds the shapes; the pieces are yours.

  500+ SHAPES
  Animals, people, plants, letters and everyday objects. Every one is solvable
  with all seven tans: each piece used exactly once, no overlaps, nothing left
  over. Three difficulty levels, from a handful of clean right angles to shapes                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  that will keep you turning pieces for a while.

  • Search by name
  • Filter by category and by difficulty
  • Show only the shapes you have not solved yet
  • Or press once for a random one

  HINTS, ONE PIECE AT A TIME
  Stuck on a shape? Reveal a single piece and carry on. Reveal another if you
  need it. Or show the full outline when you would rather just see how it goes
  together. The choice is yours each time, and nothing is revealed unless you ask.
  
  KEEP TRACK
  Mark a shape solved when you crack it. Star the ones you want to come back to.
  Your progress is stored on your device.

  Made for anyone with a tangram set in a drawer: children learning shapes,
  teachers with a box of them in the cupboard, and anyone who likes a puzzle they
  can solve with their hands.

  Works on iPhone and iPad, in light and dark mode.
