OMG SOO BAD. First they don’t migrate your profile, your purchase history, address details for shipping etc but you can’t even do an update. You have to delete, reinstall then go into the store physically to customer service to get your profile “reinstated” after being a customer for years. Then after all that you get nothing but errors and no help feature. Who developed this? Ever heard of UX? Even better when you click on the app support link in the App Store it takes you to a 404 error on the tangs web site. I’m embarrassed for their application development team.

Can't even sign up. Shouldn't have released until all bugs were identified and fixed. Should have also worked with Apple to be included in Wallet so that we always have a virtual card with a bar code for use to get rid of physical cards.

I fly in from Dubai to shop at Tangs.  They always have great promotions for customers.  Top of the line merchandise with a great sales team.  
I also have my hair colored and cut at Urban Hair on the 4th floor.  Wei is THE BEST stylist to use for a precision haircut.
