I have started to use the app three weeks the total three deliveries requested only one came on the same day, one of them was super late, that last one never received. Submitted a complaint ticket for 10 days no one cares and nor response to my complaint. Decided not to use it again until they improve their customers experience.

I ordered new water two days ago. Usually, when I place an order, it arrives the next day, but this time I’ve been waiting for two days and no one has come to replace the bottles. I already sent two requests and called four times, but no one answered. This is one of the worst customer service experiences. Now I’m left without water, even though I already paid for changing 6 bottles.

The service has dropped visibly after the new app that has so many issues including number of minimum boxes. Apple pay service is very bad on the app and it deduct but order never created.

1, with every update they raise the price & add charges
2, the price you see may not be the one you will pay ( you have to check the details to see the final price) and that is tricky 
3, customer service just argue without solving any issue and when they promise to contact later to direct any issue, it will never happen 
4, They add recently delivery charge, before it was there if you order less than 10 items but now it’s for everything
5, most of the time you have to contact the delivery guy to confirm that he is coming and send him a photo of your order, otherwise he might not come and sometimes the delivery guy isn’t the one who will handle your order, so you have to follow every time, which is headache 
6. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
