Tried numerous times to create an account but error every time, it’s wuite simply CRAPP!!

Can’t log in. Constantly get ‘login failure’ deleted app and tried again- same, tried new profile- can’t create (assume I already have one) and no support in the app- contact just takes you to a map where the course is!
