GREETINGS IN A HUMAN VOICE Everything your line says is spoken by a natural voice you pick once — greeting, voicemail, after-hours, forwarding. Type a message and tap Listen, start from suggested wording with your business name filled in, or record it in your own voice over a quick call. Set your availability ("on a job", "at lunch", vacation) and weekly calling hours, and give callers an emergency key that reaches a real person even after hours. Repeat a survey later and TankOps flags when output has dropped across the whole tank, which is usually the fixture, not the corals. The finished map lands on the client's portal, and you can email them a copy with the numbers explained.
