¡Una vergüenza de servicio! Realicé un pedido a las 14:20 ayer 6 de diciembre y tras una hora esperando, resulta que me habían anulado los del Tao mi pedido. Repito el pedido y tras 2 horas esperando (porque no contestan mis 19 llamadas de teléfono), hago un pedido a otro restaurante y llegan los dos pedidos a la vez. El pedido del Tao no tenia nada que ver con lo solicitado.
Una vergüenza de servicio.

Pedí y me llaman para decirme que no tiene parte del pedido les digo que entonces lo anulen y me dicen que no se puede anular ni ellos ni yo... que espere unos días a que me devuelvan el dinero.

NO RECOMENDABLE. Al pedir por la app del restaurante siempre he tenido problemas en el envío, llegando a tardar más del doble de tiempo que utilizando otras apps de comida a domicilio. No hacen caso a las observaciones sobre alergias. Ante los contínuos errores no te ofrecen ninguna solución. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PÉSIMA APP.
