I don't want it but I was forced to install it, register, provide my phone number and personal data. This was my last time in London before my rewards expired and I expressed this when I was told that I could in fact use my credit until the end of the year in London. I was then told that my rewards can be used until this date no matter the expiry for the inconvenience. This was then not actually granted and they have now expired and I seem to always get an automated/ai generated response saying sorry you can not use any rewards. When you’re already in line and ready to party, you’re asked to pay double what the price of the ticket would have been if you had just paid for it ahead of time. The app for some reason takes 45 minutes to download. Horrible. Missed out on saving money because of this.
