## What is Tao Meditation?

«When a problematic situation occurs, our view is not lucid enough to come up with a solution, we can be sure that while interrogating the Yi Jing by some gestures conveyed to our « self conscious », we will get an answer that will be in the same time a radiography of energies in the Present Moment as well as the right attitude to adopt in that situation. The Yi –Jing, since 3500 years ago, allows humans to understand a perpetually changing universe to comply with it in the best adequacy. »
 
Tao’s meditations associated to Yi Jing combine ancient knowledge of the Far East wisdom with the most innovative discoveries resulted from neuroscience and psychosomatic and for a specific purpose: learn how to get out of the repetitive processes of thinking. According to the Taoists sages, we never step beyond a personalized self sense, « the ego », the "thought that says I", built by the mind and conditioned by the past which distorts our perception of reality by emotions.
However, all human beings have a far deeper consciousness than their thoughts, an « expanded consciousness » which is our deepest « self ».
 
The Yi-Jing’s meditations suggest connecting ourselves to the present moment to inquire and interact with this higher consciousness. It is then itself who does the work while we provide the answer.  ​
