Very disappointing app. The registration process is extremely complicated and frustrating. I tried every possible way to sign up, but it kept asking for verification codes, passwords, and additional verification steps. I wasted a lot of time just trying to create an account. The whole experience was confusing and unnecessarily difficult. In the end, I gave up and deleted the app. The registration and login process seriously needs to be improved.

What started off as a great app is now almost useless to me after this recent update where the English interface has been removed. You also cannot request help or support in English and I have a package enroute and ongoing conversations with stores that I now can hardly use due to there no longer being Knapp translation. Terrible thing to wake up to!
