The items are also usually high quality and most sellers I’ve talked to cooperated with me well. I even bought contact lenses here and they were super high quality and they last me a while ! However, I hope they have a multi-cart feature soon ! I hate having to scroll for specific items, so I feel that we should have a selection to put specific items in specific carts that we can customize ! (E.g; furniture in one cart, clothes in another cart.) I ordered a pair of Hetian jade and silver earrings that came with an official authenticity certificate. However, after using them for a while, they turned completely pitch black. I tried cleaning them carefully myself and even brought them to a local jewelry store for professional cleaning, but nothing worked. When I reached out to the seller, they refused to resolve the issue, so I escalated it to the platform. The platform declined to help simply because the purchase was made back in January 2026. I am deeply disappointed by this level of customer service. Jewelry like earrings takes time to wear before you can tell if there is a quality defect!
