Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff and support that clearly had 0 interest in getting my problem solved. Denied a refund after being refused entry to the flight. Was redirected to 50 different hotlines and support tickets that had me on hold for upwards of an hour just to tell me in the end that there’s nothing I can do. Obviously done with no good faith, could very easily prove that I was the owner of the ticket but was still completely brushed aside at booking.
