I am a teenager with lots of stress from school and GCSEs and I heard from a friend that this amazing app could solve all my worries and problems. At first I thought that it wouldn’t do anything but to my surprise I am now confident and stress free about my exams coming up. I highly recommend this app if you are feeling nervous about your future exams or life itself you should look forward and use this app!!

I like this app it’s easy to use but love that it prompts me the words to say as I’m tapping as when I get anxious I forget! Useful calming tool to have on my phone when I’m out working and it seems to do the trick after a round the clock run of tapping. Keeps you focused long enough to calm your body. Great idea!
