It is super user friendly. Even a young child could figure out how to play. I play similar games where you have a shop etc. This game is so nice though. I love how the clothes stay out for quite a while so you don't have to spend every moment of your life stocking racks like other games do. I like how easy it is to earn gems & how cheap items are to purchase. Well, you do have to work at it, it's not like you get it all handed to you. I also love how you can customize your staff! None of my other games have that! It is easy to customize your shop & there are lots of options for flooring & walls. I guess my only complaint is that most of the decorations are either very juvenile or are items that belong in a house not a shop. More variety of adult items would be nice like shoe displays for the walls or a larger selection of art work for the walls. Over all this a great game for anyone ages 4 - 104.
