I have always loved Tap games and this one drew me in with its unique art style and characters. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I believe there’s room to grow, to add more features. I definitely recommend this to someone who wants a chill game to play in their spare time. ### 4/5 — Great game, small issues *2018-08-14, version 1.6.2* Game is a blast and very unique in the idle game genre. I think the artwork is beautiful and the amount of useable items is great for variety. However I sometimes have issues where I don’t get the idle gold after I come back. Especially when I view an advertisement which is even more annoying. I’m sure this is a hard thing to patch but I would love for it to be looked into. Other than that the game grinds and it’s fun to just try different ways to play. ### 5/5 — Great game! *2018-03-30, version 1.5.1* I am going to start with a negative or two. First the game can be repetitive but all phone game are. Also maybe just me but it doesn’t really explain leveling up well and that made the game harder than it needed to be. But after these 2 issues the game is really fun and somewhat addictive. The arena is a very nice touch and great competition play to rank number 1. Guilds are fun with perks but you need to be in an active one for good bonuses from boss kills. Is there a way to see the upcoming arenas for the day and not just the next one so I can plan when to be on for the gold arena etc? ### 5/5 — I LOVE THIS GAME!!! *2018-01-28, version 1.4.7* I love this game so much! I love the concept because its so simple just tap monsters and kill them. I do wish the game would add like one more gem like a minion attack speed one or something like that just to have different 3 gems instead of 2. I have found one bug in this game where i want to play it on my phone and my ipad but it doesnt really work cause id get gold on my phone but then wouldnt get it on my ipad and it would be behind on gold and upgrades. ### 4/5 — Idle blast *2018-01-26, version 1.4.7* Really enjoy this game but would have given it 5 stars if the arena games would allow you to select a level to start at(based on how far you have gotten before). The art style is great and amazing . I'm one to spend money to buy a game but never buy in-app purchases, but i'm tempted to buy the beginner pack for 4.99. This game does not push in-app purchases, it will likely help you out but you can just grind it. They have a reddit, which i'm going to join. This game is a GREAT example of what a game should be, i've played other clickers none like, and this, 5 STARS ### 4/5 — Same Bosses *2017-12-17, version 1.4.5* The game is cool, but I don’t like it when we have to play against the same bosses again and again and again. Over all though, I would give the game a 9/10 review. I also like the minions, guns, and armor. I like the finger minion. It is really weird and that’s what I like. And if you are reading this, I think you should download the game, but just be prepared for the same bosses a lot of the time.👍👍👍 ### 5/5 — Great game *2017-12-17, version 1.4.5* Love this game. Great way to kill five minutes, haven’t hit a paywall yet. If I could suggest one thing it would be to add a gallery/beastiery that includes enemies you have fought and minions you have unlocked to give a tiny bit of backstory but mostly so we can admire the truly amazing artwork of this game. It’s kind of hard to fully appreciate it as it goes by so fast. ### 4/5 — Solid Tapper With Great Setting *2017-12-13, version 1.4.5* Tappers are all about the wrapper. After all the actual gameplay just involves tapping to fill up some sort of meter. Luckily this game has a great setting with neat 90’s comic book inspired art. It also is light on the microtransactions and its prestige loop is easy enough to grasp. My two complaints would be that it doesn’t really have anything new for a tapper and that I don’t love the prestige system. In most tappers deciding when to prestige and restart the loop is a major part of the strategy. But in this game you are told when to prestige. You can choose not to but receive no additional reward for doing so. Without that element of strategy there is really very little to this game. It’s got great production values and is balanced well, I just want a bit more depth. ### 5/5 — . *2017-12-11, version 1.4.4* It's fun but not to addictive so it won't keep me all day to do the things I want to do in life, anyway it's fun and you get all sorts of weird but cool armors, weapons, minions, and last but not least you have gems which not only give you an advantage in playing, you can fuse 3 to make a better gem and that's all the important stuff other than fighting. It’s fun and addictive as all get out, but unless you’re gonna hook your debit/credit card into it like an IV, you’re not getting any more than a neat and temporary distraction out of it. Edited to reflect latest update: From two to one star. Now they REALLY want your money. You used to be able to earn 20 times monster gold when Rage was running (through three separate unlocks (10, 5, and 5 respectively) and they’ve hacked that down to two times the gold. TWO! The second similar upgrade was changed to regeneration and the third was removed altogether. Not only that, they’ve made reaching the extra evolution stages more difficult by setting the levels further apart. But whatever. I completed the tier five collection, I saw what comes after ‘zz’ in damage, and I have nothing else to look forward to. Deleted and good riddance to it. ### 2/5 — Paywall reached… *2021-12-26, version 1.8.1* Good game, but if you play it a lot, you will reach a point where you cannot progress anymore, no matter what combinations you employ, waiting days for extra gold, doesn’t matter. I did like the game up to a point, but I will not give them money, I feel like having watched hundreds of their video ads should allow me to progress sufficiently, but alas, these are these types of games today aren’t they? All ad based, pay to win, pay to continue even. Over and over, want that 2x bonus that won’t even make any real difference? Watch another 40 second ad. Sorry for ranting but I’ve seen the courses they offer on Udemy and others on how to make these games, and the revenues they bring in by getting people to watch ads … just kind of tired of them … ### 2/5 — Great, except... *2017-12-06, version 1.4.3* I was going to come on here and rate the game 5* due to it being one of the more simple but fun rappers with an enjoyable art style I could get behind. That was, until I hit level 81. Now every time I get to about 20% completion, I get a message telling me I failed my bounty and auto resets itself to 0%. What this means is it’s impossible for me to progress any further in to the game making it impossible for me to play. Should I find a way past this I can definitely see revising my rating. ### 3/5 — Good but it has some problems *2018-08-15, version 1.6.2* The game is enjoyable because it has a couple of things that makes the game unique but it also has its problems. The first problem that I have is the balance in arena because it puts you up against people the same skill as you but I always find someone in first place that get 10 to 20 levels ahead of the person in second and I’m sometimes the one in second. Why would I want to even compete to get the other first place exclusive rewards if the game keeps on matching me up to people that can get to like the seventies if the person in second place can only get in the fifties. The second problem I have is the vip points. While it does sound good and can give you rewards based on how many you have it gets really hard to get them. So far the only way (that I know of at least) that you can get the vip points is if you watch a lot of ads and pay money to buy specific things that can give you vip points. Why would I want to try to get far in it if the first tier is at 200 points and the second tier is at 1500 points. Please have it where you can get some vip points through the chests cause that would make it much easier to get them. ### 3/5 — Good! But one issue *2017-11-17, version 1.4.2* I’ve played a lot of clickers and idle games and most of them bore me after awhile. However this game is different. I don’t know whether it’s the art, the game style or what but it keeps me interested. It’s a very good game but I do have one complaint....the money. It takes so long to earn it that it almost makes me want to stop playing. I think it could be so much better if you earned more money. I personally think that the monsters in each level should produce slightly more cash than the last level. That way it still takes time to earn money but not a seemingly endless amount of time ### 4/5 — Surprisingly Fun Game! *2020-04-18, version 1.7.8* I was browsing Instagram when I stumbled upon this game. My first though was the color design really captured my attention and when I downloaded it, it was not just a general “tap game”. I’m pretty early in the game, so maybe that’s why it feels slow to me, but I feel like as upgrades get more expensive, the monsters give you the same amount of gold, so upgrading weapons happens really slowly. I do appreciate that you have to upgrade different weapons to take on different elemental monsters, forcing you to have a diverse loadout. I’ve been playing this game for over 3 years and this is how you treat people that need help. I really don’t want to start all over and lose all my hard work. It stop letting me load up the app after I reached level 100. Can you please make a new update that I can download and fix my problem. Not only because it is just never ending fun but it always keeps you entertained with many features. Like clicker heroes, it allows you to progress in your own way and choose certain parts of your skill tree to make it possible.
