I’ve wrote the customer service and technical support team countless times but nothing has been. I think that department doesn’t exist and people are being deceived on that. It’s really bad to Experience this. (AFTER MONTSH OF BACK AND FORTH MESSAGED WITH THEY SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE) They closed my account and I sent them my wallet address, it never arrived been weeks now still the same response waiting on the relevant team and no update. I had a small amount of bitcoin which I converted into GBP on the 18th Feb. I also on the 18th Feb tried to withdraw the GBP to my bank account. It said it was “creating the account” or something, and I would be notified when it’s ready… whatever that means. Anyway, here we are nearly 2 months later, and multiple live support chat messages and they still have my money. Now when I re-request the withdrawal it says e-banking not enabled on my account?!? They just keep fobbing me off with excuses. However, you can get easily deceived by a third party and TAP will not support you. They might show empathy but it’s all a waste of time. I went to my local shop that does cash tops for the likes of Monzo and Revolut but couldn’t be done Very disappointing :( ### 1/5 — Cant tranfer BP to my account *2023-11-09, version 3.0.6* I am unable to tranfer money from my bank in £s to my tap account. The CS say they are trying to fix the issue but I can pay into my account usinh debit cards which are not visa!! Where the hell am I going to get a non-visa debit card from?! I was just holding some crypto waiting for it to make some money. I just checked and found they had helped themselves to my crypto as payment for an inactivity fee. Spoke to support and apparently they can just take what they want. Even worse if you withdraw to another bank you get hit with another £2 fee. Oh and do you want a bank card? That’s an extra £20 please. Wish it was advertised better for others to use as this platform has great rewards for using the card and is so easy to use, like any other bank card but all online. Then this will be my go to app for crypto. ### 5/5 — tap - Excellent Support *2024-10-03, version 3.3.1* I used the in-App Chat to get my address changed (you can’t do it yourself as they need documentary proof.. so I submitted a .pdf of a recent bank statement. Their verification process accepted my document BUT their App did not reflect the Address change. They talked me through various things to do… logging out/in to their App erc. but it still refused the change (although they saud it was “now showing” on their side. They told me to DELETE the App COMPLETELY… then reload it from the 🍏Apple App Store… then Login again… which I did - and it WORKED !!! 😎 EXCELLENT SUPPORT, PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, HELPFUL and SUCCESSFUL!!!
