## What is tap mortgage and loan?

Save thousands of dollars by prepaying your loan and be free of debt sooner!!

What you can do with the app is:
- calculate the monthly payment and see the effect of prepayment for new loans. You will be surprised how much you save when you prepay. Your freedom day looms closer as you prepay your mortgage

Definitely a cool concept, I’m a little young for a mortgage on a home but the car payment section is very helpful. I also really enjoy the ‘freedom loan’ page as it helps me plan out my black hole of student loans I’m sunken into. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help planning out any sort of major payments

Couple of good points I see that differentiates it from other mortgage calculator apps:
1. Given prepayments it calculates number of years left to pay and amount of interest saved! Some may find it simple but it is very helpful when your mortgage servicer sends offer to modify your loan terms.You can compare the offers immediately.
2. Three tabs: Monthly Break, Total Breakdown, Prepayment Stats help to analyze payment proportions.
3. It includes Car Loan which is always nice feature to have.
4. App owner, apparently, is willing to take suggestions from the user, which is huge plus! I asked if some additional features can be added and they said they will work on it. That is unheard off?!?!?!
