One suggestion- I would love to see the ability to change the number of cards shown on the screen at one time - right now it only allows 30 cards shown in a 5 by 6 grid. If we could limit the number of cards shown (I.e. 4 cards, , 8 cards, 12 cards, 20 cards, 30 cards) that would be more useful for different age groups and ability levels. No ads or in-app purchases, and no weird permissions either, it appears.
