Telkens je op ‘tickets’ duwt. Aber dann habe ich beim öffnen einen schwarzen Bildschirm und eine sich dauern wiederholende Fehlermeldung. Die App lässt sich ebenfalls nach erneuter Installation nicht nutzen. I have Drayton manor and west midlands safari park platinum tickets and the app makes it impossible to book anything. It cannot differentiate between parks. Dies stimmt nicht. Um die Tickets zu verwenden muss man diese App weiterhin verwenden. Haben 3 Jahreskarten für Tripsdrill. Wenn man die App öffnet, muss man „Tickets manuell hinzufügen“ klicken. Dann steht da TICKETS, klickt man da drauf, stürzt die App ab und schließt sich. Klickt man auf CODE DER FREIZEITEINRICHTUNG, soll man den Code der Freizeiteinrichtung eingeben. Woher? Zugriff auf den eigenen Standort ist in den Einstellungen erst gar nicht da. Ich habe vier Saisonkarten für einen Freizeitpark gekauft. Diese kann ich hier nicht einmal den jeweiligen Personen teilen. Entweder alle, oder keins. Das ist doch alles nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wenn ich mir die Rezensionen ansehe, ein Umstand, der schon seit vielen Jahren Bestand hat. Der Hersteller hat offensichtlich kein Interesse daran, die Kundenmeinung zu hören und darauf zu reagieren. Except for adding my tickets, when I try to add it, the app kicks me off! Has the map and links back to the website nicely. However, I have renewed annual passes and now the app is refusing to play nicely. Every time to you click add on the wallet section the app closes. Very very frustrating. Tried deleting and relocating. Still not working so I’m showing emails to gain access. 🤦🏼‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Rubbish *2025-03-30, version 1.13.21* Doesn’t open any more and no app support ### 2/5 — If you have problems *2024-03-30, version 1.13.12* I would 100% prefer it if parks just used the phone wallet for this. Anyway, when the app loads it asks for paste from safari permission, you have to say yes. Then it just gives a useless “oops” error. For me I uninstalled the app, them reinstalled it and it asked for paste permission again, which I gave and it worked. It also says it uses apple wallet but it doesn’t seem to, which is a shame because the interface isn’t as good.
