Won’t play again. ### 2/5 — Tap to merge *2023-04-18* I really liked your game but the newest ad for the war game spoils it. Once it pops up, one can’t get rid of it. I then need to shut everything down and I lose all the progress I made. The game itself is fabulous. BUT! the frequency and length of the ads is unreasonable. I get it - all games need ads to operate. But this one is out of control. You can’t win, lose or level up or even sign in for the day without having to watch a (long) ad. I gave up. And based on the reviews, it looks like plenty of others have too for the same reason. ### 2/5 — Tap to Merge and watch ads *2022-09-04* I love this game and I am deleting it and all others that run 3-4 commercials or ads every time you clear a Daily challenge or achieve the next high number. The problem isn’t the ads but game time:ad time. This is not a good practice from a developer and for the customer it is misery. Run commercials like television stations did in pre-internet days. Fifteen minutes game time 1 minute of ads. I have got a high score many times only for this ad to appear and the only way to get rid of it is to close down the game, losing your score. The graphics are colorful and bright, animation is smooth and the play is easy and challenging at the same time. Ads after every level but unless you aren’t paying attention most are easy to get out of. The game is definitely worth it. Some of you make think that that’s not a big issue , but if you’re actually PLAYING the game and the sound vanishes , it IS a big deal ! A large portion of the fun , is actually IN the noises made when the numbers merge… it’s so satisfying when your choice creates a wonderful , long chain reaction … but without the sound effects, it’s pretty pointless . Also , there would appear to be no option at all , to create an environment which is ad free . Yesterday, I gave in to temptation to purchase further coins and therefore have longer playing time - but again was left highly disappointed when the cost to replace every lost life ( further time on the game ), rose both hastily and exponentially ! Shockingly so , actually . It had been my ‘go to’ game for weeks …as I held out hope , but unfortunately there has been no improvement . So, I am left both disappointed and exasperated , due to the fact that these are basic requirements .
