This is unfortunate I was scammed and I really wouldn’t not recommend this to anyone. I’m a senior citizen and just trying to make extra money so I can just survive here. This is so sad ### 1/5 — SCAM!!!! WAITED 3 WEEKS. $7,000 STUCK IN LIMBO *2025-09-24, version 1.3.0* Do not use Tofu Pay. They are not a real service. They have been holding my money for 3 weeks now. It’s $7k and I have been waiting for this payment to process so I can pay my materials and labor for this project and I can’t because the payment is stuck in their app. They are just holding my money hostage. Not only that, when you try to find a customer service agent they don’t exist. Even the Ai chat bot in the app doesn’t answer. I’ve waited days for a response and nothing it’s a ghost town and no one will help you if you choose to give them your money. I NEVER leave reviews but I’m saying this to save the next person from being burnt. ### 1/5 — What support **SCAM** *2025-06-05, version 1.3.0* 🚨 WARNING: Do Not Use GetPaid Inc. / Tofu Pay 🚨 I’ve now sent five emails to their “support” with zero response, and their listed phone number doesn’t even work. Not once have I received a reply, update, or resolution — just silence. This company is holding onto funds they haven’t released and is completely unresponsive. For a platform that handles people’s money, this is unacceptable and frankly feels like a scam. If you’re considering using GetPaid Inc. or Tofu Pay — don’t. You’re better off throwing your money into the ocean. At least the ocean doesn’t ghost you. I’ll be filing a BBB complaint, reporting to the California Attorney General, and sharing this post until I get a response. If you’ve had similar issues, I suggest you do the same. GetPaid, you’ve got 24 hours to fix this. After that, the gloves come off ### 1/5 — Angry *2024-05-28, version 1.0.10* I hate it!!!! before asking me and they take me to subscription and when ask for refund nobody reply yet ### 1/5 — Stripe *2024-04-14, version 1.0.9* Downloaded the app, but when I get to Stipe to set up bank info, it gets stuck and won’t move to the screen that lets me log into my bank. Tried BOA and Chase, and the screen won’t come up. ### 1/5 — I was charged for no reason *2024-03-19* I downloaded the app just to check it out and started a free trial, I then deleted it maybe 2 days later, and never really used it at all. I link my card to my icloud to purchase something and they charged me an entire month payment when i dont even have the app installed. I am so mad I cant even request a refund for this. ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS *2024-03-17, version 1.0.7* Been trying to get my money back for a week this is insane I spent 800$ of my own money to put it through my business to see if it would work and they’re not contacting me back or allowing me to initiate a refund on my END TERRIBLE SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY NOW ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-11-25, version 1.0.1* This app doesn’t work ### 4/5 — Payout ? *2024-02-26, version 1.0.5* The app works best when customer is using Apple Pay from the phone it's a 60% chance when using their card, however there is nothing in the app that informs you about a payout. The customer service takes one hour or more to respond. There's no phone number which lets me know this is a small company but they need to have information about payouts. For a first time user of the app it's just alarming not seeing anything of the sort or even allow me to double check my banking info.
