No agent nor any sign shows nearby like bKash and Nagad!!! Very disgusting and embarrassing situation that we face those pay Chattogram Canton Public College fees and those using iOS. The app is unreliable, transactions can be frustratingly slow, and the overall user experience is poor. What makes it even worse is the lack of effective customer support when problems arise. For a money transfer app, trust and reliability should be the top priorities, but this app fails to meet even basic expectations.
