It was more user friendly when each section alternated colors. It's great for helping to identify trends that allow us to make in-game and in-season adjustments based on the data. But the email export feature needs some work: the recipients only receive a line that says 'summary' instead of the actual data from the game, season, tournament, etc. Additionally, an export to Excel or .csv feature should be included to allow coaches to incorporate this into their analytics. ### 4/5 — Helpful! *2026-04-07, version 4.2* Great free app to be able to keep track of stats. I paid for the full version, i hope to see the home/ away section to add team names and also be able to remove the extra players as well as move players up/down the list. Place to create a roster/team ### 3/5 — Hitting Efficiency Off by decimal point. *2024-01-23, version 3.1* I love the simplicity of this app. It would be almost perfect, but when calculating Hitting Efficiencies that are negative it can be off by a decimal point. For example if someone has 13 attempts, 4 Kills, and 5 Errors their Hitting Efficiency should be a -.0769, but this app will calculate it as -.769. Not a deal breaker, I just wish it was correct. It would be cool if there was an option where you could select what skills you want to track. ### 3/5 — This was a great app! *2024-01-05, version 3.1* This was a great app a few iOS versions ago but hasn’t been updated to fully work with Current iOS 17.1.2 any attempt to export or create MaxPreps exports causes the app to crash. Other than that is a simple but great app for recording stats. I’ve used this for years but unless an update to fix the export functions is coming soon. I’ll be moving on to another app. ### 4/5 — Great App - Could be easier *2021-06-29* It’s definitely got everything. But there’s just too much all at once and it gets slightly confusing. The abbreviations could be easier to understand if there was a key to follow or something. Or even if you could touch it and a little note bubble popped up. Also being able to choose how many players you want would make this app way neater. If you only want to measure six, then have only six on the page instead of six players and eight empty player spots. Would rather be able to see the player number as opposed to the Yes No option too. Is anyone able to address the issue on developer end? Great for practices maybe backup on the bench. It omits the zero after the decimal so a hitter hitting 0.075 looks like they are hitting 0.750. Wish they would fix this. ### 4/5 — Nov. 2 update *2017-11-04, version 3.0* I would rate this a five as it is a very user friendly app to keep stats. I have used it the past three years to keep high school varsity stats. The new update has a math glitch when figuring attack percentage. If the player's percentage should be .096, the app has it .962. As long as there is no zero behind the decimal the math is correct. Please fix this so there is no confusion. The only thing I don't like is that I can scroll down to other players when I get past player number # 7 it doesn't allow me to see what I'm typing and change the jersey number. I only wish it allowed you to customize your columns and/or had a few more stat categories like set attempts, set errors, team reception errors, and block touches. Those are about the only common stats missing on this app. The ability to add custom column would make this the best volleyball by far! Unfortunately, there has not been an update in a year, so I'm wondering if the app creator has left this thing for dead? ### 4/5 — Really enjoying the app! *2015-10-17, version 2.6* I've only used the app a few times and it's fairly easy to use. Suggestions: -if no players entered (12 players instead of 14) then the two bottom rows could disappear or add rows as needed. -also it would be nice if there was a column for coverage, dip, free ball. ### 4/5 — Wonderful app *2015-09-16, version 2.6* I use this app for every high school game. I agree that it would be nice if the score would automatically update on kills and aces. I also think it would be a little easier, well for me, if each category (hitting, setting, etc.) would be a different color. Other then that it works great! I love the most recent upgrade, a lot of nice features. ### 4/5 — Possibly of expanding roster size? *2015-08-16, version 2.6* As a coach who has two separate teams to keep stats on, I would love for the app to be able to host a roster size of at least 18-20. The app does exactly what I need it to do stat wise. I just would like to be able to have a larger roster size, OR the ability to toggle between two separate teams of 9-10 players. After the 7th slot the app doesn’t let you scroll up or down. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate *2018-09-01, version 3.1* The attack % for poor attackers is not correct! Used ap today and several poor attacking performances did not put decimal place in correct position...2 examples: player A had 9 kills - 6 errors divided by 33 attempts....tap stats calculated attack % as .909 instead of .0909; player B had 4 kills - 3 errors divided by 16 attempts as .625 instead of .0625! Better performances were accurate; example Player C had 6 kills - 3 errors divided by 18 attempts as .166. I hope you will correct this as it is very miss leading! You had our team total for the match as 24 kills - 17 errors divided by 98 attempts to be .714! I wish! Please respond. ### 1/5 — New update seems to force you to pay *2017-11-03, version 3.0* I loved this app and I still do. When I saw that there was a new update; I was thrilled! The ability to send the match as a file to import to Maxpreps was the best feature. But after the update, I now have to pay for that feature!? The one thing that you get right away is feedback. It will quickly generate percentages of the stats it allows you to track. But therein lies the major drawback. I export to excel, so it’s an easy fix for the math percentage errors. I wish we also had one for Soccer! ### 5/5 — Missing Features After Update *2017-12-15, version 3.1* UPDATE - 12/15/17 Working with developers on app and issues with viewing tournaments/seasons has been fixed. I was able to categorize three matches already in the app and view stats by match and tournament. No longer able to view season stats since the update. We can only see stats for the current match and when attempting to change the match, it tells me we need to Purchase Unlock when this was something we could see before. We go to Unlock purchase and it says it’s successful but it isn’t. We also tried to Restore Purchases and that says it’s successful but it’s not. Better than apps that only let you track one player, although you could use this app to do that too if you wanted to. This app does everything the $20 app does, and they don't charge per team like they do. Thanks for fixing the saving issue, works great now. Exporting stats is awesome! Love the scoreboard to keep teams honest in pool play. Would like to see a set assist button, I could use the ball handling error button for the setter to save space. ### 5/5 — Simple but effective! *2012-02-12, version 1.0* Browsed around VB stat programs and this one is perfect to quickly keep stats on the iPad. I could also use a Set Attempt and a Set Error column to match our club stats but it has everything else. Maybe make these columns optional along with other potential requests for the next revision.
