Tapping is something new to me and something I really enjoyed. It’s been really fun learning about it and Steph is a great teacher.

I love this tapping app! It really helps me to stay consistent in between sessions. I love how the videos cover different topics and the subscription is totally worth it! I love the additional tapping and creativity time it provides. I highly recommend this app!

I am new to tapping and it worked and helped me right away. I havve been at it for about a week or so and tried several different methods. It's so cool how something so simple can be such a  tool to feel better mentally and physically. Great app!
