Was working fine until a couple of months ago and then just throws you off the app every time you try and add tickets

Used to work

I have had this for over two years and it has been fine to hold annual passes and book tickets on days I want to visit. Has the map and links back to the website nicely.

However, I have renewed annual passes and now the app is refusing to play nicely. Every time to you click add on the wallet section the app closes. Very very frustrating. Tried deleting and relocating. Still not working so I’m showing emails to gain access. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Stürzt ab, bevor man überhaupt etwas eingeben kann

Die App ist völlig nutzlos. Haben 3 Jahreskarten für Tripsdrill. Wenn man die App öffnet, muss man „Tickets manuell hinzufügen“ klicken. Dann steht da TICKETS, klickt man da drauf, stürzt die App ab und schließt sich. Klickt man auf CODE DER FREIZEITEINRICHTUNG, soll man den Code der Freizeiteinrichtung eingeben. Woher? Zugriff auf den eigenen Standort ist in den Einstellungen erst gar nicht da. Völlige Zeitverschwendung und undurchdacht.

Man kann sich nur mit einem link anmelden habe eine Karte für meine Tochter gekauft mit meiner Mailadresse der link kommt nur zu mir aber die Anmeldung wird auf dem Handy meiner Tochter benötigt so ein schwachsinnige App hab ich noch nie gehabt.

Warum nicht Apple Wallet?

Wieder einmal eine völlig nutzlose App, wo es doch sicher ein Leichtes wäre, den Apple Wallet zu nutzen. Ich habe vier Saisonkarten für einen Freizeitpark gekauft. Diese kann ich hier nicht einmal den jeweiligen Personen teilen. Entweder alle, oder keins. Das ist doch alles nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wenn ich mir die Rezensionen ansehe, ein Umstand, der schon seit vielen Jahren Bestand hat. Der Hersteller hat offensichtlich kein Interesse daran, die Kundenmeinung zu hören und darauf zu reagieren. Erbärmlich! Schämt euch! 🤮
