Finally you can no longer scan QR codes ur device has to be scanned. ### 1/5 — Poor UI and UX *2022-11-30, version 16.2* Such a poor user experience. Seems like no user testing was done whatsoever ### 1/5 — Stop it *2022-11-17* Stop asking me to review after every minor interaction with the app. If the user selects “no thanks”, STOP asking then to review the app. If they select “remind me later”, ask again maybe next time the app is run, not after the very next interaction with the app that session. What a great experience!!!!! *2020-11-12, version 4.6* What a pleasure to do a review on a very fine and functional system. From day start and the enquiry on a LOT of questions we were handled with extreme professionalism. Julene, our Tap Tuck agent, was on top of every question and could answer our every need we had. We can vouch on excellent service delivery, fast responses and product delivery that is even better than we expected. We had several requests to modify the system for our specific needs and experience, and without delay it was implemented if possible. The Tap Tuck system has enabled us to provide food parcels for up to 200 children in a time frame of 8 minutes. Over the counter sales have become quick and efficient due to the "scan to pay" option and replaces the need for using cash or bank cards. The system has enabled us to have an extensive menu due to the pre-ordering system which enables us to do efficient planning and preparing of fresh food. We highly recommend the Tap Tuck system to any business and more specifically tuck shops and school cafeterias. Products are redeemed whereas products weren’t given to the customer. Therefore, there should be another way to communicate this to them. Just frustrating that your checkout basket is completely lost and has to be redone if you need to top up funds. And most products don’t have pictures which is hard for the little guys to imagine what they want. If funds are insufficient then you have to top up. But that cancels out your cart and you have to start from fresh all again. Have to enter your card details in every time you want to top up.
