## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Meh

*2021-09-15, version 4.015*

The only thing the app lets me do is check in and access the inbox. So, what is the point?

### 1/5 — The most frustrating and useless tool

*2021-09-03, version 4.015*

We download this app recommended by our hospice provider as a way to make things easier to communicate with the care team. It is unintuitive and frustrating. It’s clunky and I cannot see anyone over 75 yo being able to use it. Don’t use this app unless you like being punished. I would rather use smoke signals or an actual phone and talk to an actual person. Forget the tutorial, I can’t get past the first page, the rest are blank. Complete garbage like taking care of a dying loved one isn’t hard enough!

### 1/5 — Messy

*2021-02-03, version 4.010*

A mess to sign up and a mess to navigate I. The app.

### 4/5 — Very Useful for Patients & Practitioners

*2015-02-20, version 1.7*

TapCloud is a great tool for keeping track of health issues, and provides an easy-to-understand documented and graphical history of symptoms, pain levels, well-being, medications and more. Healthcare providers can set reminders for patients, as well as see a quick snapshot of treatments and reactions. I like not having to remember exactly what I reacted to at what time to tell the doctor...half the time I may not have it correct if I rely in memory. Recently I tried a medication on one physician's advice that caused pain and discomfort, and it's *really* obvious in the chart when I started and stopped the med. There is a lot of great information for the doctor-patient team in this app and I've asked, it's confidential and HIPAA compliant. Right now I'll give it four stars because the interface could use a few improvements and there are a few glitches, but when those are fixed I'll come back and update this to five stars.

### 5/5 — Pretty cool

*2015-06-09, version 1.9*

I started using TapCloud a couple months ago to track symptoms of a medical condition and also help me keep track of the numerous medications I take every day.

After a couple weeks it just became part of my daily routine and I now find that it helps me remember what to talk about when I see my doctor.
