### 3/5 — Latest update not good

The updates had been improving this app. But the most recent update removes the date time stamp from under the video image when replaying CCTV footage. So I now cannot easily tell when the camera was recording. It used to state “29 Jan at 09:03:48” under the video playing.

Can not zoom from the updated app. Very disappointed! Going to change all my hardware to a better brand.

I have been using this for many years to access my dvr. But every recent update has been a backward step. The latest has taken away the ability to fast view on iPad, the phone version still has it though. The previous update made actually getting in to the app iffy. I dread to think what may come next.

This does what it is supposed to do, but often requires many, many attempts before it connects to the DVR/cameras correctly. There have been some functionality improvements over time.

This was always a poor replacement for the WPS-DVR app, but it got worse when it stopped working outside the home network. Disappointing that SnapAV has left us hanging with this.

The people who are leaving bad reviews because the APP does not work when you are away from your WiFi, obviously have no clue how networking works.  The IP address you type in for your home network is not the same IP you use when you are off your WiFi. You must make "two" entries for your DVR.  One for home (192.168.x.x) and away (what ever it is).  Plus to use it away, you must open the port on your router.  It is not the APP's fault, it is your limited knowledge.

The last update, 3 days ago, has caused connectivity problems. I have to go back and manually reestablish connection to get things back to working. Otherwise it just sits there lacked at the last time I looked at it. It never behaved this way before. Thank for looking into this.

I have used the app successfully for years. Since iOS 13.6 it says failure to connect. It still works on my other iOS 13.5 iPhone 6.  Please can anyone help. It will work on the same WiFi network as my DVR just not over external 4g.
